Delivery Policy

At GetTheTan Ltd we send orders out quickly and keep the delivery options simple. Below is what you can expect, and it matches what you will see at checkout.

UK delivery

• Standard delivery – £3.99. Sent by Royal Mail 24 Tracked, typically arriving within 2 to 4 working days.
• Free delivery on orders over £50. Spend £50 or more and standard UK delivery is free.
• Tracked and insured upgrade. A fully tracked and insured priority upgrade is available at checkout for orders that need it.

Europe (EU)

• Standard International – £10. Delivery times vary by country, usually 2 to 11 working days. Any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

North America

• Express International – £15. Delivery times vary by destination. Any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

UK and international orders are sent on a tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched we will email you so you can follow it. Please allow a little time after dispatch for tracking to update.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the expected time, email us at sales@getthetan.com with your order number. We will check the tracking, raise it with the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email sales@getthetan.com as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before dispatch. Once an order has been sent we cannot change the address, and parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a re-delivery charge.
